We've been celebrating this being the 15th year we've been doing the CRM Playaz. And just last week Esteban Kolsky had Doc Searls on #WhisperedInsights to mark 25 year since he co-authored one of the most influential books on the industry, The Cluetrain Manifesto. But ten years before that Jon Ferrara, founder of Nimble and industry pioneer, co-founded Goldmine - which along with ACT! put us all on the path to where we are today with CRM/CX. So we are excited to have Jon back again to share his thoughts how things were back in the beginning, and to hear what he has to say about where we are today. And, of course, we can't do a Playaz ep without Stump the Godfather!
What can be said about the CRM Playaz that hasn’t already been said? We hate the Patriots, love the Rams, love the Yankees? That’s clear. Maybe that Playaz is a 13-year-old show with a global audience. Known for the depth of discussion on all matters customer facing –not just CRM, CX or customer engagement – and for the fun that guests and the hosts, industry analysts and BFFs Brent Leary and Paul Greenberg have. All are welcome to the show. Deep audience participation is our hallmark. At least we like to think so.

Which pretty much is the same thing we're still doing with the CRM Playaz fourteen years later.
